Each cover is precision checked for proper placement of seal and dowel pins to avoid leaks like the other off center brands. The reinforced cam thrust timing cover features a 0.090 Inch thick wear plate welded into place which provides a positive cam stop as well as stiffens the timing cover to stand up to severe loads
