Change a CJ or Scout’s 2.6:1 stock ratio to a true 4.0:1 low-range ratio. This low range gear replacement kit benefits from the Dana 300’s strength and durability. It allows the Jeep owner to enhance trail performance by maximizing the crawl ratio. Installation of this kit into your transfer case will increase your crawl ratio by 50 Percent. This kit is easy to install. There are no driveshaft changes, or special shift linkages required. It comes complete with all necessary gaskets and seals, and a new shift rail with increased detent pockets (to help twin stick applications shift smoother, and with more accuracy).
