The sound chamber has a Lexan non-corrosive diaphragm, making it ideal for boats in salt or fresh water environments. To eliminate vibration, a stainless steel adjustable front pedestal bracket is included. Sea Alert easily mounts on the bow or cabin top with stainless steel mounting hardware provided. The heavy-duty chrome plated compressor included, is compact in size for easy installation and is maintenance free
