Warranty

This limited Warranty covers flaws in materials and craft of DiabloSport tuning products and accessories for one year from the date of initial acquisition. The warranty period is not prolonged if DiabloSport repairs or replaces the product.

DiabloSport can change this limited Warranty’s accessibility at its will, but any changes will not be backdated. Exclusion of serial numbers or other alterations of the product will void this Warranty.

Suppose there is a flaw in the material craft of the product. In that case, DiabloSport will, in its sole will, choose either to patch-up the defective product or replace it with a similareffect without charging for the repair or the replacement product. Your remedies under this Limited Warranty are severely limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty product.

Bully Dog warrants that the product; the physical parts confined within the product kit and excluding any installed or installable software, which is administered by a separate Software License will be free from flaws in material and manufacture for one year from date of acquisition by the first buyer of the part who puts it into service.

This Warranty spreads only to the buyer and not to any ensuing purchasers or users of the product. This Warranty cannot be shifted in whole or part.

This cover does not apply to

• Fitting of the product or failure or poor performance of the product due to improper installation.
• Add-ons, accessory items, and parts not made by Bully Dog;
• A product that has been fitted with other aftermarket parts or changed and modified in any way.

All Hypertech Power Tuning parts are covered against flaws in materials or craft. Hypertech’s obligation under this warranty shall be restricted to the immediateimprovement or replacement of any faulty part of the product which Hypertech determines to be necessary.

This 3-Year Factory Direct Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser for the term of three years after the primary sale of the Hypertech part. Resold units, units sold by 3rd-party vendors and non-authorized Hypertech dealers, and obsolete or discontinued products are not covered.
